Scottifier is an AI-enabled approach for linking to the accumulated intelligence of a knowledge ecosystem in one place and connecting and adapting it to local realities of another locality. Inspired by the Hub Hosting work MIT's U-Lab and the Creative Inquiry program of Lehigh University, Scottifier adapts concepts for growing innovation ecosystems to advance community development.
Most replication efforts transfer the visible parts of a model: manuals, templates, structures, training materials, and procedures. Much harder to transfer are the relationships, institutional memory, decision histories, lessons, routines, and practical knowledge that made the ecosystem work.
Scottifier makes more of this intelligence flow and recombine.
Scottifier captures and organizes:
knowledge, research, policies, and reference materials;
institutional memory and lessons from experience;
actors, relationships, mandates, and ecosystem structures;
operating practices and decision histories;
tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies; and
specialized AI copilots and workflows.
Together, these form an AI-enabled knowledge ecosystem that can be replicated and adapted elsewhere.
Scottifier does not assume that what worked in one place will work exactly the same way somewhere else.
